I've always believed
animals are people too.
Let me show you how.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about wedding & animal photography.
My name is Mei Lin (yes--that's my first name & it's pronounced May-Lynn). I officially began my photography business in 2015 & since have had the immense honor of documenting couples' momentous first day of their new life together.
If there's one thing you should know about me it's that I am a pug lover (I currently have two — meet them below!). I am a quiet soul so if I'm not with my lovely clients, I'm most likely reading a book (I loved Everything I Never Told You by Celeste Ng), going to see a new film (Intouchables is incredible), or dreaming of my next hike in Vermont (where I'm from). Also, I really love olive bread.
Merci d'être venu; I hope I get to meet you & your four-legged family soon ~
"I love the essence that Mei Lin was able to capture in our photos. Our wedding was so personal. Mei Lin was actually the only person involved with the day of event that wasn't an old family friend. She jumped right in and was able to capture the beauty of this family event. There were so many small touches and Mei Lin highlighted all of them."

Pugs are very near & dear to my heart (these two in particular)
Meet Oreo ~
(better known as "Bubsy")
~Oreo (shown on the right) has long legs so he supports his weight well (as said by his vet)
~He loves to "nurse" certain stuffed animals especially when he's stressed (his pig toy is among his favorites)
~Oreo loves running on the beach, you wouldn't even know that he spends most hours in the day sleeping
~He’s the pug that started it all
Meet Gypsy ~
(aka Miss Gypsy)
~Gypsy (shown on the left) hates being the odd one out and will verbally let you know if she's being excluded
~Her favorite food is cheese, any kind as long as there's lots of it
~Miss Gypsy is a big fan of taking walks if she's being pushed in her stroller (shopping cart made into a custom stroller)
~Her tongue is ridiculously long (it’s not fully extended in the photo you see!)

I’ve grown up travelling & grew a passion for it from my mom.
My first airplane ride was when I was just over a year old, & I haven’t stopped flying since. My family lives in the South of France, and so I am fortunate enough to visit once a year.
I lived in Scotland for five months and it was one of the best experiences in my life. Living abroad to see firsthand the different culture, people, & food was absolutely incredible & it remains to be one of the most influential moments in my life. If you’re traveling to the U.K. let me know — I’ll recommend some great vegan restaurants + hidden gems.
